| Edgewood LMS Jenn Quirk hosted an ice cream social for students who participated in the New Haven Free Public Library summer reading program. The program was conducted in conjunction with the New Haven Public Schools summer reading program. |

| More than 70 students were treated to ice cream and received certificates for participating in the reading incentive program. |
