Worthington Hooker Read-In Teams Older Students with Younger
In (a little belated) celebration of Read Across America Day, about 50 7th and 8th graders from the upper school of Worthington Hooker visited the lower school to read to small groups of kindergarten - second graders on Friday, March 4th. Meanwhile, students in grades 3 -6 got to Drop Everything and Read for 30 minutes. The 7th and 8th graders really enjoyed sharing great picture books with their new young friends, and have asked to do it again soon!
